Warringah Junior Rugby Union has the following aims:
• Enjoyment of rugby union.
• Participation in rugby union.
• Promotion of rugby union.
• Development of junior Warringah players for Warringah senior club and higher representative honours at zone, state and national levels.
• Observe the safety of players.
• Prepare the most competitive Warringah representative team possible.
